Ashraya Seva Trust was founded in 2005 by Rani K T, in memory of her late father. Having lost her mother at a young age, Rani shared a deep bond with her father, who inspired her to dedicate her life to helping others. With a portion of her inheritance, she started the Trust to provide care for elderly women who had been abandoned or left without support.
What began as a small shelter has grown into two thriving homes in Rajajinagar and Thalaghattapura, Bengaluru, where over 75 women find solace, care, and community. Rani has spent the last 20 years ensuring that these women receive the love, respect, and care they deserve.
